Moree Branch Annual and General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Moree Branch invites all members and their guests to its Annual and General Meetings at 6:30pm on Wednesday, 12 August via Video and Tele Conference. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Face to Face gatherings such as Branch meetings cannot take place.
 
We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 6:15pm for anyone who would like to time to familiarize themselves with the video platform. Instructions on how to join are at the bottom of this meeting notice.

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please note Twelve [12] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Seven [7] delegates to Annual Conference. Annual Conference will be held virtually this year.
