Walgett East Branch Annual and General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Walgett East Branch invites all members to its Annual General and General Meetings at 6.00pm on Thursday 13 August via Video and Tele conference. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Face to Face gatherings such as Branch meetings cannot take place.
 
We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 5:45pm for anyone who would like to time to familiarize themselves with the video platform. Instructions on how to join are at the bottom of this meeting notice.

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please note Seven [7] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three [3] delegates to Annual Conference.
