NSW Farmers' Narrabri Branch invites all members and their guests to their Annual and General Meetings at 6pm on Friday, 17 April VIA TELECONFERENCE.  This is due to the Corona Virus and the banning of face to face meetings.

will join us to discuss the latest on Inland Rail and the impact of the new Koala SEPP on farming and forestry.

• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 

General Meeting Agenda 

• Motions - An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward. Please consider providing proposed motions to me via email at least three days prior as this will allow us to check for any existing policy and/or background to the issue. 
• General Business

Please note: Seven [7] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three [3] delegates to Annual Conference. 

Can I please ask that you RSVP so as we can conduct a quick roll call, prior to the meeting and we know who to wait for. Can you please email me any questions that you may have for Justine at least three days prior to the Teleconference so as you can be as well informed as possible.
