• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda 

• Motions for Annual Conference - An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward. Please consider providing proposed motions to me via email at least 3 days prior as this will allow us to check for any existing policy and/or back ground to the issue.
• General Business

Please note: Seven (7) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three (3) delegates to Annual Conference.
