Yass Branch Annual & General Meetings
Yass Branch invites all members and their guests to its Annual & General Meetings at 6.00pm for 6.30pm on Thursday 28 March at the Yass Golf Club.  

Annual Meeting Agenda:  

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 

General Meeting Agenda:  

• Motions for Annual Conference. (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward) 
• General Business

Please Note: Ten (10) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Five delegates (5) to Annual Conference.
