People and Culture Manager
About the role:
The People and Culture Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the association culture, developing talent, and developing a people and culture strategy that aligns with our strategic objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our workforce and culture to foster a high performing and adaptive environment.
The key focus will be on developing and implementing plans that ensure the Association’s ability to attract, retain, develop, and support a highly engaged and committed workforce.
You will provide advice and support to NSW Farmers staff and act as a key advisor to the CEO and Leadership team.
The role is a 3-day per week, maximum term position based at the Head Office in St Leonards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the provision of an effective People & Culture service, continuously enhancing service delivery and processes.
• Oversee the provision of expert advice and support on a full range of People and Culture matters across the association.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational capability development initiatives as required and agreed with CEO and Leadership team.
• Oversee the development and lead the implementation and management of a professional learning policy.
• Lead the performance and professional development of staff members, building a highly productive and collaborative team.
• Develops, reviews, implements, and monitors Policies & Procedures.
• Ensure all statutory requirements relating to WHS are met through appropriate procedures, actions, initiatives, and training.
