NSW Farmers' Bingara Branch invites members to its Annual and General Dinner Meetings to be held at the Imperial Hotel on Thursday, 8 June at 6:30pm
  
Guest speaker subject to Availability:

• Xavier Martin - President NSW Farmers Association
 
Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

• Motions for Executive Council Meeting - An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of your organisation moving forward. Please consider providing proposed motions in your RSVP, this will allow us to check for an existing policy and/or background to the issue.
• General Business

Please note Five [5] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Two [2] delegates to Annual Conference.
