Central Coast Branch Annual Meeting
NSW Farmers' Central Coast Branch invites all members and their guests to its Annual and General Meetings at 6pm on Tuesday, 29 September via Video and Tele Conference. 

Previous notice of the meeting has been submitted in the Community Newsletter.

We will open the virtual meeting room at 5.45pm in case anyone wants to make sure they are able to connect. Instructions on how to join the teleconference are at the bottom of this meeting notice. 


Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair] 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer] 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Please note Five [5] voting members  are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Two [2] delegates to Annual Conference. Annual Conference will be held virtually this year.
