Farmer Membership is for those who own and operate a commercial farming business, including those in a farm partnership or a corporate entity with a proprietorial interest in a commercial farming business, or a person employed in the management of a commercial farming business nominated by that business as their representative.

NSW Farmers has modernised its Workplace Relations service, which provides specialist advice to farm businesses about employment matters. This service presents unrivalled value for NSW Farmers Members who need advice and support about employment matters. 

Our new tiered structure ensures flexibility, scalability, and value for farming businesses, offering essential support for employment matters while allowing Members to choose the package that best suits their needs. 

There are three levels of support packages for Workplace Relations subscribers designed to meet the needs of most farming businesses based on the size of their workforce and desired level of service. Those who don’t want to subscribe to a package can still access the service at an hourly rate.
