NSWF Horticulture Section 2026 Annual General Meeting

Registrations for the AGM are essential and we hope to have as many NSW Farmers Horticulture Members join us on Monday 20 July in Sydney.

The Horticulture Committee will also be hosting a tour of Sydney Markets in the early morning (approximately 5:30am – 8:30am) of Tuesday 21 July, and prior to commencement of Annual Conference. Places on the tour are limited, and members are urged to secure their position via the registration link below.

Financial members of the Association with a declared horticulture interest are eligible to attend and vote at the AGM.  

The AGM will be held face-to-face, however, in the event those who wish to attend cannot join in person, a video link option will be available..
 
Details

• Vehicle entry via Prospect St and Weston St
• Registrations: 1:00pm – 1:30pm
• Formal AGM proceedings: 1:30pm – 2:30pm
• External presentations: 2:30pm – 5:00pm
• Final remarks and AGM close: 5:00pm

The AGM conference line will open at 1:15pm ahead of a 1:30pm start and conclude at approximately 5:00pm.
