NSW Farmers' Tenterfield Branch invites all members and their guests to its Annual and General Meetings to be held at Tenterfield Golf Club, 169 Pelham St, Tenterfield on Tuesday, 17 May starting at 5:00pm.

Your support and attendance would be greatly appreciated.

Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

General Meeting Agenda 

• Solar and Wind project issues
• Natural Disaster update
• Private Native Forest review
• Significant Agricultural Rural Lands Map
• Motions for EC - An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward. Please consider providing proposed motions to me via email at least three days prior as this will allow us to check for any existing policy and/or background to the issue.
• General Business

Please note Seven [7] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three [3] delegates to Annual Conference.
