Please join us for the NSW Farmers` Armidale Branch Annual and General Meetings on WEDNESDAY 1 May at Armidale LLS Boardroom, 126-130 Rusden St Armidale.

Annual Meeting Agenda

• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer)
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened

• Motions for Annual Conference (an opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward, please use the RSVP form to submit the motion wording you wish to be considered by the branch, also include any background information you may have.)

• General Business

Please note Ten (10) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Five (5) delegates to Annual Conference.

Please note - This Branch Meeting is being held on a Wednesday not Thursday as usual.
