Annual Meeting:

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance sheet (Treasurer)
• Election of Office Bearers
• Presentation of Award
• Nominations for delegates to attend Annual Conference
• General Business (relating to the AM) 

General Meeting: 

• Motions for Conference
• General Business

Please Note: Five (5) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch can send three (3) delegates to conference.
