Grenfell Branch invites all members and their guests to its Annual & General Meetings at 7pm on Monday 29 April at the Grenfell Bowling Club. 

Annual Meeting Agenda:  

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 

General Meeting Agenda:  

• Motions for Annual Conference. (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward) 
• General Business

Special Guest  

• James Jackson - NSW Farmers' President  

Please Note: Seven (7) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three (3) delegates to Annual Conference.
 
Light refreshments will be provided after the meeting.
