Molong Branch Annual & General Meetings and Dinner
Molong Branch invites all members to their Annual and General Meetings.
 
Meeting to be held at the Freemasons Hotel Molong from 6:30pm. The branch will cover the cost of member’s meal purchased from the bistro.
 
Guest Speaker:  

Dr Anthony Clark - DPI Leader of Climate Applications and Digital Agriculture
Dr Clark is responsible for the Seasonal Update and will speak on this and other current programs.

Annual Meeting Agenda:   

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 
 
General Meeting Agenda:   

• Motions for Annual Conference. (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward) 
• General Business

Please Note: Sever (7) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Four (4) delegates to Annual Conference.
