Mudgee Branch Annual & General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Mudgee Branch invites members and their guests to the Annual General and General Meetings at 7:00pm on Thursday, 27 August via Video/Tele conference.

We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 6:45pm for anyone who would like to time to familiarize themselves with the video platform. Instructions on how to join are at the bottom of this meeting notice. 
 
Annual Meeting Agenda 

• Submission of Annual Report [Chair]
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please note Ten [10] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Five [5] delegates to Annual Conference.
