Peak Hill Branch invites all members to its Annual & General Meetings at 7pm on Thursday 2nd May at the Peak Hill Golf Club.

Annual Meeting Agenda:  

Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
Election of Office Bearers 
Motion for Capitation Fees 
Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 

General Meeting Agenda:  

Motions for Annual Conference. (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward) 
General Business

Please Note: Five (5) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Two delegates (2) to Annual Conference.
