Walgett East Branch invites all members to their Annual and General Meetings on Thursday 2 May commencing at 5.30pm at the Walgett Sporting Club. 

We hope to have several guest speakers on the night in attendance. Mick Collins the RSM will keep you up to date with progress on this. We encourage all members to attend this very important meeting.

Annual Meeting Agenda:  

• Submission of Annual Report (Chair) 
• Presentation of the Balance Sheet (Treasurer) 
• Election of Office Bearers 
• Motion for Capitation Fees 
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates 

Following the Annual meeting a General Meeting will be opened. 

General Meeting Agenda:  

• Motions for Annual Conference. (An opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward) 
• General Business

Please Note: Seven (7) voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Three (3) delegates to Annual Conference.
