Western Young Farmer Branch Annual and General Meetings
NSW Farmers' Western Young Farmers Branch invites members and their guests to the Annual General and General Meetings at 12.30pm on Wednesday, 12 August via Video/Tele conference.

We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 12:15pm for anyone who would like to time to familiarize themselves with the video platform. Instructions on how to join are at the bottom of this meeting notice.

• Presentation of the Balance Sheet [Treasurer]
• Election of Office Bearers
• Motion for Capitation Fees
• Nominate Annual Conference Delegates

Following the Annual General Meeting a General Meeting will be opened.

Please note Five [5] voting members are required to form a quorum. The Branch is eligible to send Two [2] delegates to Annual Conference
